COMMUNIQUÉ FROM SDAC TO ALL CONCERNED
REGARDING
IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES FOR DOCTORS
A delegation of Sindh Doctors Action Committee (SDAC) and Peoples Doctors Forum (PDF) had a meeting with Accountant General (AG) Sindh and Deputy Accountant General (DAG) Mr. Saqib Basheer Dahar “Incharge Health Section”. Following Doctors representative attended the meeting:

1. Dr. Ghulam Mujtaba Memon, Convener SDAC
2. Dr. Syed Nisar Ali Shah, Secretary SDAC
3. Dr. Abdul Razzak Shaikh, General Secretary PDF
4. Dr. Mehmood Chohan, Member Core committee SDAC
5. Dr. Imtiaz Farooq Memon, Member Core Committee SDAC
6. Dr. Khalil Ahmed Pathan, member Core Committee SDAC

Following conclusions were reached:

• Financial incentive will be optimistically computerized this month. Doctors are most likely to get all allowances notified by Government from the month of September, 2011.
• All doctors can apply for their arrears from 1^st July, 2011 to till date through their DDOs to the Account Offices.
• All DDOs should send following lists to AG office:
  • Casualty Medical Officers (CMOs),
  • Doctors eligible for Risk / Hard work Allowance ,
  • Non Practicing Allowance (NPA)
  • List of Dental Doctors
  • List of Specialist Doctors
  • Enhance pay bills of stipend of House Officers
  • Enhance bills of  stipend of post graduate doctors
