Honorable Sindh High Court Sukkur Branch has taken up Contempt of the Court Petition No. CP2611/2010 (CMA 10062/11) file by Dr. Muhammad Usman Mako vs. Government of Sindh for Non-compliance of “Time Scale Incentives” to Doctors as ordered by said court. Secretary Health appeared for state and requested court to grant one month to implement court orders, court has granted him one month and asked him to appear before court on 13th November 2012 along with notification.
